Build a fillable PDF from your Adobe Express design.

Prepare the design

Use a rectangle, line, text box, shape, image, or group to mark each field area. Keep the element unrotated and fully inside the page. The selected element remains part of the visible design.

Add fields

1. Select one field area in the Adobe Express canvas.
2. Open Fillable PDF Builder and choose the field type.
3. Enter a unique field name. Radio choices use one shared group name and a different choice value for each option.
4. Set any required state, default value, choices, character limit, or tab order.
5. Select Add field. Repeat for the remaining areas.

Review and export

The field list shows each mapped field and its page. Resolve any duplicate name, missing choice, small area, or page-boundary warning. Select Export fillable PDF. The add-on creates the interactive fields, reopens the PDF to verify them, and then downloads the file.

Signature fields

A signature field marks where a recipient can sign using a compatible PDF application. It does not send signature requests, verify identity, provide a certificate, or determine legal validity. Those services depend on the recipient’s signing application and process.

Edit or remove a field

Select the mapped design element. Update its settings or choose Remove. Removing the mapping does not delete the design element.

Activate Plus

After checkout, copy the license code from the confirmation page or Stripe receipt. Paste it into the add-on and select Activate Plus. The code is stored on this device.

A license does not activate

Check that the full code begins with FPB-. If checkout has just completed, wait a moment and try again. For access help, include the Stripe order reference but never send full payment-card details.
